Concept Development
Develop a lighting concept that aligns with the event's theme and objectives. This includes selecting the type of lighting (e.g., ambient, accent, task, decorative) and determining the color scheme, brightness levels, and lighting effects.
Lighting Plan Creation
Create a detailed lighting plan that outlines the placement of lighting fixtures, power sources, and control systems. Include diagrams and technical specifications for each lighting element.
Equipment Selection
Choose the appropriate lighting equipment, such as LED fixtures, moving lights, spotlights, uplights, and control consoles. Ensure compatibility with the venue's power supply and safety regulations.
Installation and Setup
